The use of the Platform includes browsing, accessing, downloading, registering, referring, linking, endorsing or any other use of the Platform for any purpose whatsoever. By using the Platform, you agree to, and will be bound by, the Terms. You will not use the Platform if you do not agree with any of the Terms.
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the Terms. If you are using the Platform as an employee, director, agent, or contractor of a company, partnership or similar entity, then you represent and warrant that you have the authority to sign for and bind such entity in order to accept the Terms. The rights granted under these Terms are expressly conditioned upon acceptance by such authorised personnel.

The Platform provides an AI-powered capital and growth ecosystem that connects businesses, such as yours, with institutional and private capital providers, including banks, non-banking financial companies, alternative investment funds, private equity and venture capital investors, family offices and high-net-worth individuals (collectively, "Capital Providers"), for availing debt and/or equity financing, and connects businesses with a curated network of operators and industry experts for advisory and mentorship ("Mentors") (collectively, the "Transaction"). All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the AI-powered matching algorithms, is the exclusive property of Capitap Advisors Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of Capitap Advisors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Capitap Advisors, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or the Transaction Services.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms exceed the fees paid by you to Capitap Advisors in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Capitap Advisors, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Capitap Advisors reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your continued use is harmful to the Platform, other users, or Capitap Advisors.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Capitap Advisors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
